My new column on 3 Quarks Daily. This was hard to write; these are very difficult issues that I'm constantly grappling with, because if we want more people to support equality in education we need to understand what would motivate them. And sometimes it seems like fairness and justice arguments aren't enough. In any case, would appreciate any and all feedback......
